The Referees Department of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has under the federation’s Education and Development Project 2021, successfully completed a three-day training for Referee Assessors and Instructors at the Wusum Stadium in Makeni City.
With 40 participants from different parts of the country, the training was centered on the new amendments of the laws of football with the aim of bringing up to speed assessors and instructors in the different football regions in Sierra Leone.
The training was spearheaded by SLFA Referees Manager Mohamed B. Freeman and facilitated by FIFA and CAF certified referee instructors and assessors Alhaji Sanusi Rashid, Abdul Rahim Sanusi, Ibrahim Bristo Bangura and Zainab Agnes Wilson.
