Fatmata Kamara who is the complainant in a house matter situated at Grease land Adonkai in Freetown and the accused Kabineh Kamara, both of them appeared before Sahr Keikura of Court No.one Pademba road Freetown on the 15th June, 2021.
According to the charged sheets, the accused person is charged with one count charge, failing to quit the premise of the complainant at Grease land Adonkai in Freetown contrary to the Laws of Sierra Leone.
It’s alleged that Kabineh Kamara was brought into the said house at Grease land Adonkai in Freetown to serve as care taker for his sister (Fatmata Kamara) and later transformed it to his own property.
Testifying in court, Billy Daramy who resides in Kabala, also a driver by profession said he recognized the respondent. He said he knew the property at Adonkia as he was the one that the applicant (Fatmata Kamara) was sending the money to buy the land and to construct the house on the said land.
He said Fatmata Kamara was in Italy when she was sending the money to erect the house at Adonkia. Witness said he recognized the conveyance of the land that was prepared by Lawyer Mohamed Mansaray. There was no cross examination. The matter has been adjourned to the 1st July, 2021.
