40yrs old Hassan Bunduka an auto mechanic made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 14th November 2022 at Back of Kololi Casino beach road Aberdeen the western area in Freetown Stole ten Zinc valued one thousand two hundred and fifty New Leones(1,250,000) and ten lengths timber board value Two hundred and fifty New Leones(250,00) all to the total value of one thousand five hundred new Leones(1,500,00) property of Mariatu Josephine Koroma.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and he pleaded guilty.
The prosecutor police constable 14071 Mustapha Massaqoui told the bench that fact as charge no available records against the accused person.
The accused person was unrepresented and he pleaded to the court to temper justice with mercy as he is a single father with a four year old child.
However, Magistrate Gogra due to the plea mitigation by the accused person he cautioned and discharged the accused person.
