This funding will support key sectors in Sierra Leone, including healthcare delivery, renewable energy development, and other critical interventions in line with the country’s Medium-Term National Development Plan (MTNDP).

The agreement highlights Sierra Leone’s growing partnerships with international development allies, reinforcing the country’s commitment to fostering inclusive growth and resilience.

Dr. Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella, Chairman of PI-CREF, participated virtually in the negotiations and played a crucial role in facilitating the agreement, further demonstrating his leadership in mobilizing international support for Sierra Leone’s development priorities.

This milestone reflects the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen Sierra Leone’s health and energy infrastructure while driving sustainable progress for the country’s development.
