The Sierra Leone Premier League has on the 29th of May 2022 across the country as Bo Rangers were crowned Champions of the year’s league.
Bo Rangers already crowned Champion played Central Parade in their last match at the BO Mini Stadium, as they trash them by four goals to nil.
Informed striker Musa Noah Kamara scored a hart rick as he take his tally to (19) goals for the season. He also wins the best player of the season; Musa Noah Kamara was also crowned as the goal King for the 2021/2022 league season.
The Visitors Central Parade Football club was not up to the task and the host was too strong for the Visitors.
They ended up as crowned Champions with (78) points and they set a new record in the history of Sierra Leone Premier League with that point margin.
At the Koidu Town field, Diamond Stars football club trashed Mighty Black pool by five goals to one (5-1), Momoh Kamara the highest goal scorer of Diamond Stars football club scored a hat trick for his side against Mighty Black pool.
He opened the goal-scoring just three minutes of play and scored in 25th, and 63rd minutes of play as the Diamond boys end the Premier League in a good footing at home.
At the Kenema Townfield, Kamboi Eagles wrap up the campaign on good footing as they defeat Sierra Leone Police Football club by (4-2) goals to two, they came from the back to beat the already Sierra Leone Police Football team at home.
In Makeni at the Wusum Stars, host Wusum Stars football club beat Freetown City Council by a goal to nil as the win take them to third spots in Premier League.
In Port Loko Mini Stadium, Bai Bureh Warriors Football club defeated FC Johansen football club by a goal to nil as win take help the Warriors to avoid the relegation zone and gratuity the safety in the Premier League.
At the Brima Attouga Mini Stadium, Port Authority Football club defeats East End Tigers Football Club by 2 goals two nil , as the win take them to nine position in the Premier League log.
At the Approved School Mini Stadium, Anti-Drugs Football Club played to goalless draw with Republic of Sierra Leone Army forces (RSLAF), as both teams relegate to the low division.
The three confirmed relegated team are Anti-Drugs Football Club, Sierra Leone Army Forces football club, and Sierra Leone Police Football Club.
The President of the Sierra Leone Football Association Thomas Daddy Brima tell special thanks to the Premier League board for proper organization of the Premier League amidst the challenges they faced in the running of the League.
