The President of the Sierra Leone Madingo Union, Alhaji Kanja Sesay, has held townhall meetings with Madingos in Manjoro and Wardala in continuation of his Northern Region tour.
Alhaji Kanja Sesay appreciated the role of Madingos in nation building and called on them to continue to believe in President Julius Maada Bio and to always support his New Direction administration. He named the many Madingos that are currently serving in important positions in President Bio’s government.
He said he was happy to be on a tour of the region and to be interfacing with Madingos on issues of national and Madingo interest. He assured his compatriots that President Bio will visit them in a not too distant future.
Mr. Sesay catalogued the successes of the New Direction administration and implored his brothers and sisters to remain steadfast in their support of President Bio.
He concluded by citing instances of the many moves undertaken by him to resolve conflicts among members of the union in different parts of the country and assured that he will serve every Madingo fairly.
Alhaji Kanja Sesay is accompanied by Madingo stakeholders from different parts of the country. The next leg of his visit takes him to Koinadugu District.
