Sierra Leone Football Association to Host Caf B License Diploma Coaching Course

The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced the launch of the CAF B License Diploma Coaching Course, set to begin in October 2026.

This initiative aims to provide local coaches with the opportunity to enhance their qualifications and gain the expertise needed to coach in CAF competitions across Africa.

As detailed in a recent press release, prospective coaches are required to pay a fee of seven thousand five hundred new Leones (7,500) at the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank.

Applicants must meet the following criteria include to hold a certified CAF C Diploma Coaching Course. Demonstrate active coaching involvement for at least two years. Provide a valid National Identification card or Passport. Pass basic computer literacy tests and be able to read and write

Application forms will be available at the SLFA Secretariat from October 8 to October 31, 2026.

Earlier this year, the SLFA conducted a refresher coaching course for CAF coaches in Sierra Leone, underscoring its commitment to enhancing the coaching landscape and building the capacity of local coaches.
