A gruesome road accident along the Freetown Kono highway has left a man identified as Ibrahim Lamin AKA Cream of Koidu City Kono district in a very critical situation at the Koidu Government hospital Koidu City Kono District.
According to family sources the accident victim who usually travels from Koidu to Kailahun town on businesses purpose involved in the said road accident whilst on a motor bike traveling from Kailahun and collided with another motor bike in the late evening hours of Tuesday 28th February 2023 and is now in a very critical situation at the Koidu Government hospital.
Meanwhile, sources from the Koidu Government Hospital states that owing to the seriousness of the said accident the victim Ibrahim Lamin AKA Cream will likely be transferred to the Emergency hospital in Freetown for intensive medical treatment.
Up to press time the cause of the accident by the traffic department of the Sierra Leone police Motema divisional Headquarters has not been disclosed and the two motor bikes in question are believed to have been impounded at the said police division awaiting investigation.
