Ram Kamara FC Clinches Victory Over Patricia Umu FC

In a stunning performance, RAM KAMARA FC triumphed over Patricia Umu FC with a commanding 2-0 victory in the final match of the Women’s Premier League at Southern Arena Stadium.

Mariama Sembou played a pivotal role, scoring two goals to secure the league title in style for her team.

With this victory, RAM KAMARA FC proudly claims their first-ever championship in the history of the Female Premier League in Sierra Leone. This August, they will represent the country in the Women’s Champions League Qualifiers in Senegal.

Mariama Sembou, the international star from Guinea Bissau, has also been awarded the golden boot, netting an impressive 44 goals throughout the campaign.

Following this remarkable success, the team will begin preparations for the Champions League Qualifiers in the coming week.

In the other matches, defending Champions Mogbemo Queens  ended their 2024/25 SLE Women’s Premier League campaign on a high note with a dominant 6-0 win over SL Police Female at the SLFA Academy Playing Field.

Star forward, Wuya Mohai delivered yet another sensational performance, netting four superb goals to extend her prolific scoring run. Her outstanding display earned her the Woman of the Match award.

Sally Jata and Rachael Allieu also found the back of the net, rounding off a comprehensive team performance.

Midfield maestro Fatmata Turay was in sensational form, providing four clinical assists in the match. This brought her season tally to an impressive 23 assists, making her the league’s top assist provider.

At the other end, goalkeeper Hannah Juana maintained her composure and focus, keeping her 11th clean sheet of the season.

With this emphatic win, Mogbwemo Queens wrapped up an exceptional season in dominant fashion.

At the Port Loko field, Koya Queens trashes Acentonians FC by four goals to nil, as the win saves them from relegation to the Division one Competition.

At the Approved School Playing field Kahunla Queens defeats an already relegated team VEM Buck by three goals to nil, and in Kenema town field FC Kallon Female side narrow defeats Malema Queens by a goal to nil as the defeats confirm Malema Queens relegation to the Division one Competition.

The Newly Crown Champions RAM Kamara FC bags home four thousand new Leones 400,000 and the runners up Mogbemo Queens bags home three thousand new Leones (300,000) and highest goals scorers went to Mariama Sembou of RAM Kamara FC.
