His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio has delivered a heartfelt tribute to the late Dr. Kadie Sesay, a pioneering political figure and advocate for women’s empowerment, who served as the 2012 vice-presidential candidate of the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP).
