His Excellency President Julius Maada Bio today announced the departure of three newly appointed ambassadors who will represent Sierra Leone in key international roles.
Amara Sowa is set to take up his post as Ambassador to the United States, while Mohamed Kanja Sesay (PhD) will serve in France, and Philip Bob Jusu will represent Sierra Leone at the European Union.
During a formal farewell meeting at the State House in Freetown, President Bio expressed his confidence in the ambassadors’ abilities to effectively advocate for Sierra Leone’s interests abroad. “You will represent our nation with remarkable dedication and unwavering commitment,” he stated, emphasizing the importance of their roles in fostering strategic partnerships.
