The hierarchy of the Sierra Leone Police is under pressure as 90% of the entire Police Force is bitterly crying over the rice supply that has been delayed.
Report gathered along the corridor of Police, the hierarchy of the Police is under serious pressure for owing Officers over 3 bags of rice since December 2022, and this is February, March is approaching.
The supplier VIP Group of Company, Bella Trading has abandoned the contract that was given to them especially the Owner/CEO Ahmed Hashem for not meeting to the task.
May be he is deliberately doing it or he is not able to fulfil the contract.
Or it is that the Police/Government has not yet paid him that made him not to supply the Police?
A-Z has tried to reach the CEO but to no avail. Is this contractor up to the task of the contract or not? Junior Officers are seriously confused regarding the way the rice supply is going as they might disturb and ask a question if the contractor is reliable or if the Police hierarchy is punishing them.
Most officers told this writer that if they did not get there rice supply by the ending of this February approaching March it would not go down well as they are crying in their hearts.
