48yrs old Abubakar Mansaray a begger made his first appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Ross Road Court No.1 in Freetown on a count of murder contrary to law.
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday 24th December 2022 at small community mabureh Waterloo the western area in Freetown murdered Aminata Kamara.
When the charge was read and explained to the accused person No plea was taken.
The prosecutor Assistant Superintendent of police Osman M Bangura told the court that his witness is absent.
The accused person was unrepresented.
Meanwhile Magistrate Kekura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional center in Freetown matter adjourned to the 29th August 2023.
