The Social Media has been flooded with comments coming from the patients and their relatives claiming to be going without electricity for four days at the Bo Government Hospital.
They further claimed to have been contributing to buying fuel for the Stand-by generator.
Reacting to the allegation, the Public Relations Officer of EDSA in the Southern Region said that they are giving light to the Bo Government Hospital.
Mohamed Bash kay Sheriff however said that they are expecting the hospital to have a stand by Generator to be used by the hospital management in case power is being rationed to the hospital.
He continue to allay the fears of the public that very soon they will enjoy sustainable electricity supply even though he could not state time for that to be actualized
Civil Society Activists said that EDSA has made a lot of promises that Bo will enjoy 24 hours light but to no avail.
CSO Bo District Secretary Momoh Kamara called on EDSA to fulfill their promise of providing 24 hours light.
The Civil Society claimed to have engaged the management of the Bo Government Hospital and they promised to work on addressing the electricity challenge at the Bo Government Hospital.
It could be recalled that the Chairman of Bo Rangers, Babadi Kamara and the Energy Minister provided a brown new generator for the Hospital to ensure sustainable electricity supply.
