Over Alleged Wounding Tailor Granted Le 10m Bail

23yrs old Santigie Dumbuya a Taylor made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on three count charges to with Wounding with intent contrary to section 18 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and Wounding contrary to the section 20 of the offences against the person Act 1861and Assault occaisioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.

According to the particulars of offence on Monday 26th September 2022 at Tree planting Leicester the mountain rural in Freetown maliciously wounded and assaulted Hassan Bunduka.

The charges were read and explained to the accused person on his first appearance he pleaded not guilty.

Sergeant 1462 Amiza John led first Prosecution witness  police Constable 18179  Mohamed Alpha attached to  the mountain division he recognized the accused person and the citizens on Monday 26th September 2022 whilst on duty the complainant made a report of Wounding.

After requesting for short adjourned date,  Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of ten million Leones with two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident in the western area sureties to produce valid identity card depicting his or her addresses in Freetown bail to be approved by the Bench matter adjourned to the 22th November 2022 for further hearing.
