36yrs old Alieu Kargbo alias Akon made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a felony contrary to law and house breaking and Larceny.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 17th January 2022 at Colombia Davis drive IMATT the western area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Housebreaking and Larceny and on count at the same place and date the accused person entered into the dwelling house of Fatmata Koroma and stole therein physical cash of twenty million Leones (20,000,000) one forty three inches infinix plasma television and other items cause thirty nine million eight hundred thousand Leones (39,800,000) Properties of Fatmata Kamara.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person on his first appearance and pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate Kekura granted the accused person bail in the sum of one hundred million Leones or one surety in like sum the surety must be resident in the western area the surety should produce identity card depicting his or her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar Police Constable 15152 Turay H.B prosecuting.
