18yrs old Ibrahim Dumbuya a Tiler made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916
According to the particulars of offence on Saturday the 23rd July 2022 at No.86 Caulker Lane Sumaila Town the western area in Freetown did steal Fifty inches 1×12 cotton tree boards, Forty 2×3 read boards, Forty eight fence sticks and one trip of sand all to the total value of six million Leones Property of Alusine Minkaillu Conteh.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty.
Counsel representing the accused person A.O Gbla renewed his previous Bail applications on behalf of the accused person.
However, Magistrate Gogra granted the accused person bail in the sum of fifteen million Leones with two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident in the western area sureties to produce valid identity card one surety to be employed bail to be approved by the Bench, while assistant Superintendent of police Abdul Sannoh prosecuting the matter and has been adjourned to the 5th September 2022 for further hearing.
