30yrs old Nurse Haja Isata Kabbia, made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 18th October 2021 at No.9 upper savage square the Western Area in Freetown Stole one Conlog meter with registration number 04221849559 value to follow property of Unisa Kassim Kamara.
Counsel representing the accused person S. Campbell renewed his previous application for bail on behalf of the accused person.
Magistrate Kekura granted the accused person bail in the sum of fifty million Leones or one surety in like sum the surety must be resident in Freetown the surety should produce valid identity card depicting his/her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar Sergeant
Sergeant 9155 Dwight Macarthy prosecuting the matter and was adjourned to the 8th February 2022.
