Over Alleged Fraudulent Conversion: Bike Rider Granted Le 10m Bail

23yrs Mohamed Sesay a bike rider made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Fraudulent conversion contrary to section 20 (1) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Monday 6th September 2021 at No.8 Man of War bay Aberdeen in Freetown Fraudulently converted to his own use and benefit certain properties that is to say one TVS motor bike value nine million Leones(9,000,000) entrusted to him by Santigie Kargbo for the purpose of riding

Lawyer representing the accused person I. Turay renewed his previous application for bail on behalf of the accused person

Bail was  granted to the accused person in the sum of ten million Leones or two sureties in like sum sureties to be resident within the western area sureties to produce valid identity card both sureties to be employed both sureties to be above 50 years Old bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.

Sergeant 1462 Amiza John Prosecuting the matter, and has been adjourned to the 10th January 2022.
