Due to his unprecedented love for education in honoring President Bio`s flagship program, Mr. Swarray said he started the said competitions in the Eastern Region wherein schools were captured in Kono, Kailahun and Kenema in order to ensure that Secondary schools pupils are giving the fullest potentials in expressing themselves particularly in public speaking and debating.
