NPC-SLE Elect New Executive Members

The National Paralympic Committee has on Friday 26th November 2021 elected new membership that will steer the affairs of the Committee for the next four years.

The Elections was held at the Olympics Africa at Godrich as the membership made their decision to have new membership as some members came from the Provinces to exercises the franchises.

 Unisa Deen Kargbo was voted as the President of the National Para Committee for four years.

“Am happy for the Executive to vote me again to lead them, am ready to work for the interest of the Para Sports and see the sports develop in the Country,” Kargbo said.

For Vice President the position went to Madam Zainab Yeabu Koroma Sumah

Treasurer: position went to Madam Pamela William, who has taken key figure in the development of Para sports in the Country. 

Whiles other Executive positions Members was won by the following people:-

Bernard Turay was voted as Association Rep, Zainab Agnes Wilson: Financial Secretary, Abu Bakar Bangura: We The 15, Sorie Kargbo: Athletes Rep, George Wyndham: Proud Paralympian Rep, Sulaiman Kargbo: Legal Commission Rep, Sheku Pateh Kamara: Western Area Rep, Manso Sankoh: Medical Commission, Haja Mariana Kargbo: Medical Commission, Elongima Joseph Amara: Provincial Rep, Brima Nelson Domawa: Proud Paralympian, and Alexandra Thullah: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This new executive have four years mandate to rule the Para Sports in the Country.
