The chiefdom speaker of Nimikoro in kono District, Chief Alhaji Abdulai Komassie has said that the chiefdom authorities are happy and pleased with the leadership quality and developmental initiatives of the honourable Member of Parliament of Nimikoro cluster Hon. Musa Fofanah.
He made the pronouncement during the official handling over ceremony of the newly constructed Bumpeh community barray and jula office in Bumpeh Town, a project that values over four hundred thousand Leones. Chief Komassie on behalf of his colleague local authorities in Nimikoro chiefdom kono District thanked honourable Musa Fofanah for his positive contributions towards the development of the chiefdom since he was given the opportunity to represent the people of Nimikoro chiefdom in the well of Parliament.
He added that since he was voted for as honourable Member of Parliament in 2018 by the people of Nimikoro chiefdom, he has displayed beyond all reasonable doubts the kind leadership quality and development the people and local authorities of the aforementioned chiefdom were expecting from the previous members of Parliament.
“A lot in terms of development has been done in the chiefdom by the law maker for the past half decade and especially the authorities are very pleased with the positive contributions of honourable Musa Fofanah and we are fully in support of his developmental initiatives for the benefit of our chiefdom,” speaker Komassie maintained.
He further commended the leadership of the Sierra Leone people’s party for choosing the right leader to represent them in the well of Parliament, noting he is yet to disappoint the party and the chiefdom by extension.
He therefore encouraged the people of Bumpeh Town and Nimikoro as a whole to take proper care of the said facilities the honourable Member of Parliament has provided for them as they will motivate the benefactor to do more.
