So many people torture their selves into thinking that some people that they have met in their lives are so bad and they regret having made them a part of their lives and constantly dwell on the supposed mistakes they think that they have made.

Some dwell in these mistakes in a way that they even forget how to live their lives, how to get past those mistakes and just move forward.

The thing is meeting the right person at the wrong time or vice versa is a myth, it’s not true. Why? Because we never meet a wrong person in our lives, there is a purpose for every person we meet in our lives.

They are either a blessing or a lesson, either way they were the right person at the right time, because at some point they were exactly what you needed.

Maybe they were the right person to hurt us for us to raise our standards, for us to know that our boundaries are non-negotiable.

Perhaps they were the right person to leave us for us to know we can stand on our own feet. Maybe they were the right person to break us so we could build ourselves up on our own.

Maybe they were the right person but for a different reason than we expected.

We must always remember that life doesn’t give you the people that you want, it gives you the people that you need at a particular time.

So stop torturing yourself into thinking that you could’ve have done something different to have changed what could have happened, everything happens for a reason and if things did not happen as you have planned just move on cause that’s reality.

Live is all about ups and downs, but always try to manage every situation so it doesn’t get the better part of you because you are stronger than any situation. There is an inner strength in you that you just need to activate because it’s already inside of you.

If people can control what they want and how they want it nobody will have to deal with problems.

However, that’s the way of the universe telling us that we are human beings therefore we can’t control everything, so just move on from that mistake you are constantly torturing yourself because no matter how long or how much you dwell in your mistakes you can’t change them, what is done is done.

Live your life cause we all have limited time to live, and don’t let any mistake you’ve made allow you into thinking that it’s the end of the world for you. We can always rise from the ashes like a Phoenix and come out of any situation stronger, brighter, with lessons learnt in order not to repeat the same thing twice.
