Customers of My Residual Income Global Company Sierra Leone  Limited commonly called my Coin has called on the SLPP government to ensure that their monies are paid back in all fairness.

They made this statement at a Press Conference held the St Andrew’s Secondary School Library in Bo on Tuesday.

The head of the affected Customers, Phillip Moriba said that since the verification took place in order to get their money back they have not heard from the government about the outcome of the verification exercise.

“It is four months since verification was done and we have vehemently opposed the verification that never had human face. We invited stakeholders in Bo including the resident minister and the police to attend the press conference but they didn’t show up and this is unfortunate on their part”.

Momoh Deen, another customer of My Income Residual Global Company Limited said that “we need urgent feedback from the SLPP led government as we are worried and those that we took money from including micro credit institutions are at our back to give their money back,” he lament.

He claimed that the liquidator hired for the verification left out a lot of customers amidst human rights violation during the verification process.

Linda Elizabeth Mansaray said that ” we called the press conference for the president to hear us and we know the president is a listening president and he should not allow few people in his government to make his vote to be reduced in his stronghold.,” She said ” please President Bio intervene so that we can get our money invested into the Crypto currency investment”.

Phebian William another customer of My Coin said that ” I want the President to know that the more the delay, the more votes are reduced for your victory, so act fast to ensure that we get our money back. Some lost their marital home, some customers died and others not mentally stable.”

However, civil society activists said that they have engaged Parliament to intervene and correspondence have been written to them including the speaker of Parliament.

They cautioned the disgruntled customers to remain calm as they go about engaging the Parliament and other stakeholders.

It could be recalled that the operation of My Income Residual Global Company Limited operation was terminated because it was not legally registered with the Bank of Sierra Leone and customers demanded for their money.  But a liquidator was hired to do verification but the outcome of the verification is yet to go to the public domain.
