58yrs old Abubakar Suleiman Kamara a Teacher 57yrs old Dora Samuella Kamara a teacher, 22yrs old Benjamin Mohamed Lamin Kamara a Student and 24yrs old Imatu Abubakar Suleiman Kamara a Student made their first appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to Murder contrary to section 4 of the offences against the person Act 1861 and Murder contrary to law.
According to the particulars of offence on Tuesday 5th July 2022 at No.4 Mamah Lane Kambia 2 in the Magbema Chiefdom in the North-west judicial district the Northern Province of the Republic of Sierra Leone Conspired together and with other persons unknown to Murdered Amidu Kargbo on count two at the same place and date all accused persons Murdered the said Amidu Kargbo.
The charges were read and explained to the accused person No plea taken
The prosecution informed the bench that her witness is absent and she is seeking for a short adjournment date.
H.M Gavao representing all accused persons didn’t object to the application made by the prosecution.
However, Magistrate Ngegba sent both accused persons to the male and female Correctional center in Freetown whiles the matter is adjourned to the 24th August 2022 for further hearing
