Ahead of the Sierra Leone Premier league that is set to commence on the 23rd April 2021, newly promoter Premier League Club Mount Aureole SLIFA has signed two players from first division side Limo Football club.
In March 2021, SLIFA F.C was promoted to the Sierra Leone Premier League at the heartbeat of Bo City by defeating Limo FC in the Finals of the National First Division Playoffs organized by the Sierra Leone Football Association.
According to the Team Manager of SLIFA, Alimamy Kuriash Conteh, during the National First Division Playoffs; there were outstanding performances from players of Limo FC. Among them are the newly signed goalkeeper, Santos Kamara and former Captain David Spencer.
Speaking to SLIFA media, both players expressed appreciation after appending their signatures for SLIFA FC. “We will display our utmost best to see this club performs and reaches to its mountaintop and we are happy to be here”, they said.
Both players signed four years contact for an undisclosed fee.
In another development, other clubs in the Premiere League has been busy in transfer market and to boost their side ahead of the commencement of the upcoming League; the following players have been signed to and from different clubs:
- BO Rangers Football club have made four additional four players to their side;
Musa Noah Kamara from East End Lions football to Bo Rangers
Momoh Conteh from Diamond Star to Bo Rangers
Abu Komeh from F.C Kallon to Bo Rangers
Sembu Kargbo from East End Lions to Bo Rangers
F.C Kallon signed Ismail Dumbuya
Nathaniel T. Fullah swaps deal from Bo Rangers to East End Lions.
