Twenty-Five years old Musa Sheka Kamara a Masoner and 25 years old Hassan Kamara a Masoner made another appearance before Magistrate Alpha Rashid Jalloh of Pademba Road Court No.4 in Freetown on two count charges to wit Conspiracy to commit a crime contrary to law and Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act of 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Monday 16th January 2023 at Ruedela peaux Road off Leicester Peak the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a crime.

 On count two at the same place and date both accused persons did steal four rainbow paints, one white shield oil paints, ten liters weather shield, four single sliding windows and one stabiliser all to the total value of twenty-two thousand seven hundred and eighty Leones (22,700,80) property of Bintu Turay.

The charges were read and explained to the accused person they pleaded not guilty.

Delivering his judgement Magistrate Jalloh said the prosecution led five witnesses.

The prosecution has proven that there was a case against the accused persons and they made confessional statement at the police station.

 The accused person based on adduced sufficient evidence are found guilty of the offense they are charged he therefore sentenced the accused persons to twenty-four months imprisonment each to the male correctional center in Freetown and both accused persons should pay the above amount after spending their jail term
