Sahr Yambasu a Masoner made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on three count charges. The two charges ranges from assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act of 1861 and malicious damage contrary to section 51 of the malicious damage Act of 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on the 18th April 2022 at No54 Kaningo river side Lumley the western area in Freetown assaulted Fatmata Lamin in a manner thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm.
On count two at the same place and date maliciously damaged ten (10) leaf Zink 6 feet valued three hundred thousand Leones (300,000) property of Fatmata.
