MANI FAMILY OF LEI CHIEDOM DONATES TWENTY BAGS OF CEMENT TO WANJAMA PEOPLE IN KONO

The Mani family of Lei Chiefdom Kono District has donated at least twenty (20) bags of cement to the people of Wanjama Village in Tankor section lei Chiefdom, Kono District for the construction  of their Barray.

Receiving the twenty bags of cement the chief of Tankor section in lei Chiefdom Kono District, Emmanuel Aiah Tommy thanked the Mani family for such gesture. He maintained that the donation will not only cushion the challenges in constructing their Barry but a way of demonstrating the love they have for the chiefdom and its  people as real love is always accompanied   with giving. Chief Tommy assured the Mani family of their judicious use of the cement and other materials donated for the construction of their Barry.

Meanwhile, Chief Emmanuel Aiah Tommy has pleaded with indigenes of Lei Chiefdom especially Wanjama village to pay back to their village by exactly emulating what the Mani family has done.

 He on behalf of his people further appealed to the government of Sierra Leone including non-governmental organizations for help in order to effect development at their village.
