Alie Barrie made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary to section 47 of the offences against the person Act 1861.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 10th January 2022 at Ecowas Street the western area in Freetown assaulted Raymond Fofanah in a manner thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm.
The charge was read to the accused person and he pleaded guilty.
However, Magistrate Gogra sentenced the accused person to two weeks imprisonment. Police Constable 18235 Kebbie K Thoronka prosecuted the matter.
