28yrs Yusuf Kamara has on the 26th November, 2021 made another appearance before Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba road court No.2 in Freetown on two count charges of conspiracy and Larceny.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 21st November 2021 at Gloucester Street the western area in Freetown conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Robbery with violence and count two on the same date at the same place robbed Saidu Jagitay one Techno spark 6 white in color valued the sum of One million six hundred thousand leones (1,600,000) and one Techno wx3 while in color valued the sum of nine hundred thousand Leones:(900,000/00) and immediately before after such Robbery did use l violence to the said Saidu Jagitay.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to all charges and bail was refused. Sergeant 6226 Memunatu K Sesay Prosecuting the matter and was adjourned to the 3rd December, 2021.
