Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Ross Road Court No.1 one hundred thousand Leones (NLe100,00) bail to Ibrahim Kamara AKA World Evil with a surety in like sum.
The surety should furnish the court with a valid identification card and bail should be approved by the Deputy Master and Registrar.
Magistrate Kekura before granted bail to the accused, he advised lawyer Musa M. Kamara representing the accused to admonish his client to maintain the peace.
He said based on the evidence adduced before him is not good for the accused, more especially when it was alleged that he, the accused and his gangs were running after and pelting stones on the Sierra Leone Police force personnel who were doing their duties and responsibilities.
Bail was granted to the accused as result of bail application made by defense counsel Musa M. Kamara on behalf of the accused.
Kamara was arraigned before the court on three counts charges of wounding with intent, wounding and assault occassioning actual bodily harm.
Police records stated that the accused, on Sunday 2nd July 2023 at Kamada Farm Moyiba , Kissy in Freetown, assaulted and wounded Patrick Sunny Conteh, Isatu Palmer, Yeabu Conteh and David Amos Bangura in a manner thereby causing them grievous bodily harm.
The matter was adjourned to 7th November, 2023 for further hearing.
