Thirty one accused persons appeared before Magistrate Marke Ngagba at Magistrate Court No.2 on the 27th May, 2021 concerning a riot that occurred in Lunsar town, in Port Loko District, in the Northern Region of Sierra Leone.
The Magistrate said they are thirty one in number as their lawyers have submitted letter of no case submission and he has taken his time to read the letter.
He continued that after reading them he will give out judgment very soon.
The Magistrate informed the court that the date for the next hearing will be communicated to all accused persons.
