Moses John made another appearance before Magistrate Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on one count charge to wit House breaking and larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Monday 19th April 2021 at No.12 Leicester road the western area in Freetown broken and entered into the office of Andra Koroma and stole the sum of twenty five million five hundred and eighty thousand Leones (25,580,000) property of Andra Koroma.
Magistrate Sahr Kekura granted the accused person bail in the sum of One hundred million Leones or one surety, surety must be resident in the western area in Freetown the said surety should produce identity card depicting his/her address in Freetown bail to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar
Sergeant 8998 Kadie M Taylor is prosecuting the matter which is adjourned to the 2nd November 2021.
