Le 50m bail Granted to Accused persons for Electricity Theft

Magistrate Mark Ngegba of Pademba Magistrate court has on the 24th September, 2021 granted Le 50m bail to both Mohamed Mansaray and Abdulai Munu who are before the court on three charges of electricity theft.

According to the particulars of offence the accused persons on the 15th September 2021 at No 24 King George Avenue, kissy Dockyard the western area in Freetown dishonestly consumed electricity supply.

Charles I. Williams Esq representing all accused persons applied for bail on behalf of his clients. 

Magistrate Ngegba granted the accused persons bail in the sum of 50 million Leones or two sureties in like sum each surety must produce identity card bearing his present address in Freetown one surety should submit their employment letter at list two years to be approved by the Deputy Acting Registrar.

ASP Hawa Bah prosecuting the matter; and has been adjourned to the 4th October 2021.
