Twenty-four years old Hassan Bilal Kamara made his first appearance before Magistrate Peter Brima Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on a count of Larceny contrary to section 2 of the Larceny Act 1916.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person he pleaded guilty
The prosecutor Inspector Musu Edna Kpulun told the court that there are no available records against the accused person.
The accused person pleaded with the court to temper justice with mercy due to the plea mitigation by the accused person, Magistrate Gogra sentenced the accused person to six months imprisonment at the male correctional center in Freetown.
