Concerns Security Agency (CSA) has expressed dismay over an alleged non-payment of salaries for 25 months at the Kenema Government Hospital.
They made the disclosure to our correspondent that little or nothing has been done to address their problem.
Regarding the issue, the head of the civil society organizations in Kenema District, Ibrahim Fakay has disclosed to our correspondent that it is inhuman and disheartening for people to work for 25 months without salaries adding that as civil society, they condemned the act of an Agency holding on its workers’ salaries for such long period.
Meanwhile, the head of the aforementioned Security Agency, said he has tried tooth and nail for his workers to get their 25 months salaries, but has not yet succeeded, noting that the Medical Superintendent of Kenema Government Hospital is yet to address the unwarranted situation.
