Hassan Sidikie Kekeh rider made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 in Freetown on one count charge to wit Fraudulent Conversion Contrary to section 20 (1) (iv) (a) of the Larceny Act 1916.
According to the particulars of offence on Wednesday 1st June 2022 at Juba the western area in Freetown conspired fraudulently converted to your own use or benefit certain property that is to say one keke spare Tyre value three hundred and fifty thousand Leones (350,000) entrusted to him by Wilfred Kargbo for the purpose of safe keeping.
The charge was read and explained to the accused person and pleaded not guilty. The accused person is legally unrepresented and has made three appearances in court and has spent one month in prison after several appearances with no witness to testify in the said matter.
Magistrate Gogra discharged the accused person pursuant to section 94 of the Criminal procedure Act No.32 of 1965, while Inspector Mabel M. Tarawalie was prosecuting the matter.
