19yrs old Mohamed Bangura and 24yrs old Mohamed Koroma made another appearance before Magistrate Peter Gogra of Pademba road court No.6 on two count charges to wit Conspiracy contrary to law and Larceny contrary to the Laws of Sierra Leone.
According to the particulars of offence on diverse dates between a building site at Raymond Smith Drive Goderich the rural district the western area in Freetown conspired together and with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit Larceny and on count two at the same place and date stole forty one (41) Lengths half inches iron rods all valued four million two hundred and fifty thousand Leones (4,250,000) property of Wilfred Beclin Kamara.
The charges was read and explained to the accused persons and pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate Gogra refused bail and sent both accused persons to the male correctional center in Freetown. Matter adjourned to the 15th February 2022 for further hearing, while Inspector Mabel M Tarawallie prosecuting the matter.
