Sierra Leone’s Minister of Information and Civic Education, Hon. Chernor A. Bah, has arrived in Istanbul, Türkiye, ahead of the STRATCOM 26 Summit, scheduled for 27–28 March 2026.
The summit will bring together global leaders, diplomats, and communication experts in Istanbul for one of the world’s premier forums on strategic communication, organized by the Presidential Directorate of Communications.
At STRATCOM 2026, thousands of participants and speakers from over 50 countries are expected to engage in discussions on critical topics, including crisis communication, disinformation, public diplomacy, emerging technologies, media planning, and new media skills. The summit has increasingly become a key platform for international dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices.
Hon. Bah is accompanied by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Andrew S. Kamara.
