As his unflinching support towards the development of football continues, former Leone Stars Team Manager Christian Dauda on 1st March 2023 donated to the organizers of the inter-secondary school’s football league at the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE).
TM Dauda donated 10 official match footballs to the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education (MBSSE) as a form of assistance to the inter-secondary school league and also pledged to present trophies and medals for the eventual winner and runner-up and also a trophy for the best-behaved school.
The presentation was done by Alexander Thullah aka ‘Africa Teacher’ on behalf of the Chairman’s Brookfields United Sports Club Christian Dauda.
The Inter-Secondary School Competition has taken center with the Western Urban area, as Prince of Wales Senior Secondary School defeated St Edwards Secondary School by two goals to nil(2-0) in the West end zone grand finals.
Prince of Wales Senior Secondary School will meet Ahmadiyya or St Helena Secondary School at Police Complex on Tuesday 7th March 2023 in the Inter-Secondary School Western Urban District final.
Emmanuel Combay and Alie Fofanah’s first-half goals were enough as the Prince of Wales booked their place in the finals after twenty-six (26) years since they last played in the finals and lifted the Prestigious trophy.
