In COFA Inter-Community League: Ginger Hall Community to face Calaba Tong Community Today’s

The Central Football Association inter- Community league rounds of sixteen continue today at the Parade as Central  Community will lock horns with Kossoh  Tong Community in a match decider for a spot in the round of eight.

Both Communities are coming into after qualifying for the group stages and whoever gets the win will secure a spot in round weigh.

Central Community is a renowned side in the competition and the last time they crash out of the competition in the quarter-finals stage a win in today’s match will see them reach where they end up in the last editions of the competition while Kossoh Tong the last inter-Community league they were now out in the round 16 and they have failed to progress from the round on two occasions and they are yet to make it to the round 8 or semi-final stage in the competition history.

Kroo Town Road Community (KTR) has progressed to the round of eight after a penalty shootout against Murray Town yesterday at the Parade grounds and they have been the only Community to have reached the round of eight this season.

Dove Cut Community has now Joined Kroo Town Road (KTR) Community in the quarter-finals stage of the ongoing competition; they defeated Kanitonian Community by three goals to nil at the Parade Ground.

On Saturday Dwazark Farm Community will lock horns with Abacha Community in another tight contest; Dwazark Farm qualified for the round of sixteen after defeating Kossoh Tong Community by a goal to nil in their last match in the group stages.

The Competition continues to get interesting in every match because this is the crucial stage wherein no Community doesn’t want to bow out.
