Chief Ibrahim Brima Swarray, founder of IBS Foundation has officially launched its Fourth Edition of free summer school for school going pupils in Kenema as part of the effort to accelerating one of President Bio’s mainstay agendas which is human capital development on Thursday 8th August 2024, in Kenema.

Making his remark, he emphasized on the need to keeping the children engage during the closure of academic year. Stating that the summer school would foster excellence especially for pupils in examination classes with the theme  “Education is a right and not a privilege”.

The pioneer of IBS Foundation re-echoed President Bio’s commitment to championing human capital development across the country. “This year’s like any other year will offer opportunity for best performing pupils in the form of scholarships and other packages,” Chief Swarray said.

Mannah Massaquoi, National Coordinator of IBS Foundation outlined that the summer school is opened to pupils in primary, junior and secondary school categories.
