Thirty-two years old Momoh Samura a Masoner made his first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.2 in Freetown on a count of House Breaking and Larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act of 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Monday 15th July 2024 at Attaya base, Hill top, Hill station the mountain rural district the western area in Freetown with intent to steal broke and entered into the dwelling house of Isatu Kamara and stole therein one pair foam slippers, ten crayons, assorted colour rulers, one lundry board and other assorted items equivalent to the total value of two thousand four hundred and sixty nine Leones(2,469,00) property of Isata Kamara.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person no plea was taken.

The prosecutor Sergeant Florence M Wilson sought for a short adjournment date for her to get proper conference with his witness.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Bangura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown matter adjourned to the 30th August 2024.
