Twenty-four years old Linda Williams unemployed made her first appearance before Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Pademba road court No.2 in Freetown on a count of House Breaking and Larceny contrary to section 26 (1) of the Larceny Act 1916.

According to the particulars of offence on Thursday 15th August 2024 at #14 Bismack Johnson Street the western area in Freetown with intent to steal broke and entered into the dwelling house of yusufu Massaquoi and stole therein four Jeans trousers, two pairs foot wears and physical cash of three thousand Leones all to the total value of four thousand four hundred and eighty Leones(4,480) Property of the said yusufu Massaquoi.

When the charge was read and explained to the accused person no plea was taken.

The prosecutor Dpc18235 Thoronka K.K informed the magistrate that his witness is absent he sought for a short adjournment date.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Bangura refused bail and sent the accused person to the male correctional facility in Freetown, whiles the matter was adjourned to the 29th August 2024.
