The Minister of Gender and Children’s Affairs, Hon. Isata Mahoi, has made a significant stride in advancing women’s economic empowerment on the global stage.

Speaking at the Parliamentarians for Change Roundtable in Iceland, Minister Mahoi emphasized Sierra Leone’s progress in promoting women’s economic rights, particularly through the passage of the Customary Land Rights Act 2022.
