In the ongoing preliminary investigation between Alhaji Amadu Bah has on Wednesday 27th July 2022 the accused person has made eleventh appearances before Sahr Kekura of Pademba road court No.1 in Freetown on four count charge ranging from Robbery with Violence and assault.
According to the particulars of offence on Sunday 12th June 2022 at Leonco filling station with intent to robbed, stole the sum of Le 4,200,00 and assaulted a pump attendant
Magistrate Kekura delivers his ruling that the witness who is about to tender the medical has been in custody of it, hence, he is the custodian and he is the fit and proper person to tender it.

Prosecution witness number Four Morris Amara Sellu tendered the endorsed police medical report of all complaints and it was produce and tendered in court the witness said on the 12th June 2022 himself and his colleague Kindo Kamara obtained a voluntary caution statement from the accused person.
The said statement was read over and explained to the accused person which he admitted it to be true and correct by afflicting his right hand thumb print witness by Sub inspector Kindo Kamara and he signed as the recorder.
The voluntary caution statement of the accused person was in the custody of the police.
It was produced and tendered in court F1-5 on Tuesday 14th June 2022 himself and DPC 14169 Manie M. K obtained and additional caution statement from the accused person the witness said on the 14th June 2022 himself and DPC 14169 Manie M.K charge the accused person with the offences of Robbery with Violence and assault occasioning actual bodily harm contrary.
He cautioned and questioned the accused person with the offence he is standing trial on.
The accused person made his statement in krio which he recorded it down in English the said charge statement was read over to the accused person which he admitted it to be true by afflicting his right hand tumb print witness by Dpc 14169 Manie M.K and he signed as the recorder.
Since then this charge statement was in the custody of the police it was produce and tendered as H1-4 during the cause of the investigation on the 14th June 2022 a sum of four hundred and ninety thousand Leones, one Techno Spark-7 blue and black color label Kf6i was in the custody of in a blue and black porch was handed over to by the crime officer DASP Anthony Ballay as an exhibit in respect of this matter.
The witness said he handed over to the exhibit clerk the said mobile phone and the Money was produced for identification it was identified as W for the money the mobile phone as V.
Cross examination by defense counsel Madieu Sesay Esq according to you obtained two voluntary caution statement from the accused person the witness said yes, the first one on the 12th June 2022 and the second one was on the 14th June 2022 the witness said yes, you also obtained charge statement on that very day the witness said yes, on the 12th June 2022 you obtained the said statement at Congo Cross police station the witness said yes.
What about the 14th June 2022 the witness said it was started at Congo Cross police station and ended it at the Criminal Investigation Department Cid headquarters Pademba Road Freetown, did you indicated it on the caution statement that you started the statement at Congo Cross police station and ended it at the Criminal Investigation Department Cid headquarters Pademba yes.
I’m putting it to you that you didn’t obtained statement from the accused person at Congo Cross police station the witness said No, on the 12th June 2022 when the accused person was arrested and on that same date the accused person was taken to the OSD headquarters King Harman Road the witness said yes.
