Former East End Tigers striker who’s presently plays for FC Kallon Baimba Sesay , inform Kamboi Eagles sensational midfield maestro Ibrahim Turay ( I B Computer ) who won the best midfielder in the Sierra Leone Premier League couple of years ago , another spectacular midfielder Mohamed Ali ( Di Maria ) of Ibrahim Fc and One of Sierra Leone’s most talented wingers Alpha Conteh ( Bedoh ) of Central Parade have all left the shores of Sierra Leone and are presently in Israel to pursue their careers, while some will go for trial in their various clubs.
According to Sigmund Nicole the Public Relational Officer of Central Football Club said as a club they were aware of the deal of their player. He said they received an official message from Hapoel Tel Aviv Football club in Israel that they want the player to go through trial, if the trial is successful he will pen down his first Professional Contract.
Alpha Conteh started his playing career with Ibrahim FC before joining Central Parade, he was very outstanding in the last cancelled league as host of other clubs are in need of him.
Ibrahim Turay is another player for Kamboi Eagles Football club in Kenema who has been an outstanding player; he won the best midfielder in the Sierra Leone Premier League two years ago, also an inform player with five goals in the ongoing league.
Baimba Sesay started his playing career in Tombo the Rural part in the Western Area before joining East End Tigers Football F.C in the 2018/2019 Premier league season where he scored 12 goals.
Mohammad Ali started his playing career while he was in his third grade in the Kissy Dock Yard community. He later joined Ibrahim FC Football club and was part of the squad that missed out in the National play off, he is an outstanding player who is yet to have a call in the national team.
With doubt surrounding the resumption of the country top flight League it is of prudent for these players to start their professional career away from home. The Officials are happy to see that their players get a taste of European Football as it will also be a vital help to the country technical team as we preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted in Cameroon in January 2022.
