Former Vice President Promises to Support President Bio in 2023 Elections

On Sunday, September 25, 2022, in his hometown of Limba Village, Bagbo Chiefdom, Bo District, the Honorable Victor Bockarie Foh, the former Vice President of the Republic of Sierra Leone, completed the NEC registration process.

According to the former Vice President, he awaited that day to register together with his brother and candidate, Mr. Keifala Koroma, who is vying for the Bo District Council Chairman symbol under the Sierra Leone People’s Party.

The Hon. Victor Bockarie Foh proceeded by saying that their presence in Limba Village is part of their ongoing efforts to inform their people about government policies, the significance of registration, and its benefits.

After the registration, the former Vice President addressed his supporters and pledged his support for President Julius Maada Bio in the 2023 elections, expressing his admiration for President Bio’s role in facilitating and preserving the nation’s peace.

He also urged the locals to vote for President Bio in the next election so that he could keep delivering on his Free Quality Education programme.

Honourable Victor Foh encouraged his supporters to register, stressing its significance in permitting them to vote for President Bio, their District Council Chairman, and their Councillors as well as for Members of Parliament in the upcoming elections.

Recall that on Monday, April 16, 2018, Hon. Victor Bockarie Foh announced his retirement from party politics. The statesman has continued to assist President Bio in many of his accomplishments ever since.
