Former AC Milan and FC Kallon player Rodney Strasser has on 1st December 2025 paid a special visit to the Minister of Sports, Madam Augusta James-Teima, at her Bishop House office in Brookfields. He had a very productive and insightful meeting with the Honourable Minister.
They discussed vital issues relating to sports development and the education sector as it connects to the game. He gave a comprehensive update on the initiatives of the Rodney Strasser Foundation and appealed to the Minister to support him in making his dream for the foundation a reality.
He expressed special thanks and appreciation to the Minister for her excellent work and dedication toward the development of sports in the country. He prayed for God’s guidance and continued progress in advancing sports in Sierra Leone.
Strasser further assured the Minister of his continued support in helping her achieve her goals and congratulated her as the first female Minister of Sports in Sierra Leone.
In response, the Minister thanked him for the visit and assured him of her support toward the success of his foundation. She emphasized that her doors remain open for positive engagements that contribute to the development of sports.
Rodney Strasser presented a special gift to the Minister in recognition of her hard work.
